If you planted them last fall and they didn't come up in spring, they are undoubtedly dead. something wrong with the bulbs? Planted in a wet area? Don't think shallow planting should kill them. You might try digging and see if there is anything there but I doubt if you'll find them.
Where did you buy them?

Thanks for responding, I didn't think I was going to get a response as time went by. I will try to dig them up and see if there is anything there. I didn't plant them in a wet area, but I did plant them around a newly planted tree, so maybe I overwatered them. I got them at a Farm and Home store, can't find the receipt but maybe they will trade them for some good ones. Thanks!
