Korean Red garlic

i see alot of threads here on bulbils, does anyone know what will happen if I plant the bulbils from my korean red. Will I get rounders the first year?

I am interested in increasing my seed stock with out spending any money.

Also we would eat any extra rounders. I don't want to waste the garden space if they won't make rounders though.

Plant them two to three inches apart and about 1" deep at same time as you plant the cloves. They will make "rounds" about size of a marble. Again plant them the following fall and you will get pretty much normal sized garlic bulbs. You will get the no cost increase you want, it just takes two years.
