| I have been looking on the Internet and can't find much about the variety, maybe not much is known or it's a closely guarded secret. I think it may be a special variety cause i did find 6 clove garlic and it is aged with nothing added in a controlled environment such as a cave for several months. I don't think it's the same as Colorado black garlic that gets it's name from dark blotches on it's skin but i could be misinformed or it could be just a common garlic variety. Evidently allot of Asian countries age this black garlic and it's some kind of superfood. Anyone here familiar with this variety? Thanks for reading. |
