I will be planting 3 types of allium together: Garlin chive (white blooming), a blue-blooming one, and a multi-colored one (Honey onion, I think). I am planning on putting 1 bulb of each together in clumps between other plants. Now, when I divide a few years down the road, is there ANY WAY to tell the difference? Can I mark them some how? I was thinking of multi-colored netting baggies, like clementines come in...but i have no idea where to get those or if it would work.
