Need help with an allium ID

Tina

I have an allium growing that seems to have characteristics of both onions and garlic. Planted from seed that I got from a friend, but not sure what they are, and he never planted his.

Leaves are flat like a garlic, up to a cm across.
Seed heads are like an onion.
No scapes are present.
Bulbs are small (like a wild onion type bulb).

Right now they are going to seed, so I don't have a great picture that I can post of when they were at the prime state.

Garlic chives come to mind except they don't have a typical onion flower. If it's an ornamental variety then I have absolutely no idea what it could be.

My garlic chive flowers are long gone, they bloom in August, but I've had leeks that flowered very late. Plz dig one up and post a pic of the root/bulb and we can make a better guess.
