| Hello,
I'm looking for some ornamental Alliums to pot and put next to my potted rose. I heard it could repel spider mites, so I figure it's worth a shot. At the very least I have something pretty...and if it's not pretty - I can eat it! Lol I'm in South Florida/zone 10, so I really need something that won't wilt under the heat. If it works as a cut flower too, even better. I look forward to your suggestions! Thanks everyone! |

| I was going to suggest leeks until I saw you want ornamental. What about society garlic? Looks more like clumping grass and produces a lot of long-lasting, small flowers on tall stalks. |
