Has anyone ever tried nitrogen fixing bacteria such on garlic?

I found a product called Azos which is supposed to be a nitrogen fixing bacteria found naturally in rainforests and it is supposed to:

Extract Nitrogen Fom the Air and Feed It to Your Plants

Accelerate and Extend Root System Growth (up to 300%)

Increase Disease, Drought, and Stress Tolerance

Give Plants the Ability to Thrive in Nutrient Poor Soils

Quickly-Inoculate for Immediate Results (Comparable to a Tea)

Increase Resistance to Root Shock

Eliminate Nitrogen Leaching Into Groundwater (No more algae blooms and dead zones)

Has anyone ever tried a product such as this on garlic?

Based on the description, it sounds like it would be almost a perfect fit for a plant like garlic which has a very high demand for nitrogen as it grows very fast in the spring.

    Sounds interesting.

Most nitrogen fixing bacteria that I know of have a symbiotic relationship with plant roots, typically legumes. The nitrogen is released when the cover crop is turned under (killed).
I'd be curious if Azos is similar and if so, how would it make the fixed nitrogen available to the garlic.
