RE: Onion Seeds (Stockton Reds)

I suspect I may have posted a similar message in past years, since Stockton Red Onions--seeds or plants--are becoming harder and harder to find and they're our favorite.

For a couple of years we were able to find organic seeds, but they've disappeared, seemingly, from the planet. If anyone knows a source for either--even nonorganic--I'd appreciate your sharing it.

We garden, organically, in a small San Francisco backyard. We usually start onion seeds about now and plant them out on the Ides of March, harvesting in July.

Only "intermediate day length" onions grow well at our latitude.

Thanks for any help.
