Picorrhiza kurroa seeds

I was wondering if anyone out there is familiar with this alpine plant and if they can obtain seeds or live plants for me?

It is a native Himilayan alpine herb so i assume it may be cold hardy where i live which is Minnesota,USA.

The root is used in Ayurvedic medicine for its hepato(liver)-protective properties and also it would make an ornamental garden plant.

If there is anyone that lives in Pakistan, India, or anyplace else that can get these seeds it will be greatly appreciated. I am willing to buy or make a trade for the plant/seeds of Picorrhiza kurroa.
