| Does anyone have experience with rock gardening in this area? I will be right on the border between zones 7 and 8. Will sempervivums survive that warm a climate? TIA |

| There are nine members of the North American Rock Garden Society in Alabama. D.D. Martin has his garden listed as open to NARGS members only. "Mine is a 3-4 acre rural yard set in the middle of cotton fields. I have a number of beds and collections including: woodland natives, troughs, dianthus, hellebores, cyclamen, bulbs, and a perennial border. " |
