Help ID this 'hens and chicks'? PIC

This doesn't look like the type of hens and chicks I have growing in my garden, but that's what I was told it was when I bought it. There was no care tag. Does anyone know what it is and how to care for it? I posted on this forum because I've seen the most info on suculents here. Thanks!

You're right: it is definitely not a Hen and Chicks (Sempervivum sp.) I wouldn't expect it to be hardy in you zone either.

It looks like a plant I use to have called ghost plant. The color changes a little depending on the conditions.
