Is my hen-and-chick about to bloom?

This is probably a "Duh!" question but I'm fairly new to hen and chicks and I'm very curious on what one variety is doing. This spring, I decided to try a rock garden (right now, It's rather rock-less) and grow several varieties of hen and chicks.

I took some pictures of this one because I don't understand what it's doing. Is it blooming? I wasn't aware that they'd bloom so soon.

I have a picture of what it looked like back on March 26th (The one on the right.).

Any information is appreciated.

You were right. Flowers are starting to open. It's pretty nifty.

I just found your post today, after coming home with my
first hen-and-chick purchase. I'm so glad you posted some
pictures, so I will know when mine is ready to bloom! It
isn't ready yet! Your rock garden is really neat!

Do you have any pictures now that the blooms are more mature? I bet they are beautiful!

Currently, there are no flowers. They're all dead and forming seed pods. I haven't been able to collect any yet.
