Sowing perennial poppies. What do I do?

I just got a package of seeds from Chiltern today containing the following: papaver atlanticum, pilosum, rupifragum, lateritium, heldreichii and miyabeanum. Can anyone tell me anything about sowing them. Do any or all of them need stratification? How about exposure to light or darkness?

I did find your first, Atlanticum here, so maybe the rest are also.
