Need info about growing semps and sedums...

Can any of you suggest a good informative website (other than gardenweb of course ;) ) where I can learn more about the growing conditions that semps and sedums need?

I am starting a new garden dedicated to sedums and semps and I want to make sure I get the soil and light requirements right. I also need to find out if most sedums are hardy in zone 6. I have a few varieties right now and they all came back just fine this spring.

Thanks
Kim

I'd love to help Kim but unfortunately our growing conditions here in the UK are so different from yours, I'm really in no position to give advice. It might be an idea to contact Squaw Mountain Gardens. I'm sure they'd be only too willing to help.

Here is a link that might be useful: Squaw Mountain

Thanks Robert! I found some information pages on the internet that helped.

Do you use gravel/stone over top your soil to keep the leaves dry? I think I might use a lava rock or stone layer to keep things looking neat. :)
