pruning long flower stalk of hens and chicks

Hi--I have fairly new hens and chicks and they're doing great. I now have a long flower stalk about 10 inches tall that has bloomed and flopped over. What do I do with it now? DO I prune it off?

You can let it go or remove that one. It will die after its done flowering. Hopefully its put out babies to keep the line going.....
