I really like the pics of this saxifrage. Can it be acquired? I can't find it in the alpine plant websites. Then can it be grown? I have no experience with alpine plants. Grateful for a plant if someone has one.

Alplains(www.alplains.com) (very good G.WD. rating) sells Saxifraga oppositifolia seeds.

If you happen to be in Washington state, Mt. Tahoma Nursery (www.backyardgardener.com/mttahoma) (excellent G.WD. rating) offers a variety of Saxifraga oppositifolia cultivars.
