RE:did I make a mistake?

Passed on buying Charisma bulb in full bloom but out of soil because the bulb seemed withered and somewhat soft. I will return to this area next Monday so I could retrace my steps........ Also was a large bulb at $15.99 is that too much???!!! to pay? the flower was lovely ( heavy sigh).

Ive seen them cheaper that that before, but it is one of my favorites so I might have gotten it anyway.
