That is a lovely photo! It is great to see the different varieties grouped to display the contrast in proportions. The color of 'Tineke Verburg' is beautiful. Is she producing multiple scapes?

Gorgeous display!! I really do love your version of Kahlua!! That coupled with Exotic Star should make some lovely flowers.

Blanca, I bought H. Tinke Verberg as a jumbo bulb and 2 scapes had grown and were broken in transit (grrrr). It has since put up one more scape and another is just starting, for a total of 4. It would have been more spectacular with multiple scapes blooming at once, but it's "a statement piece"!

The color on Jewel of the Night is so intense, I have no other red hippies in my collection that are as dark red as this one.

It's about 22" in height, so I would call it a standard but on the shorter side. I do have a Red Pearl hybrid seedling but it's a few years from flowering.
