little green visitor in the house!

I came home from New Orleans and found this sleeping house guest on one of my Papilio pods! I scooped him up and put him on the porch. No telling how long he'd been in the house! Ah....Texas!

Oh wow, that one is sweet! Do you know the name of that species?

What have you pollinated your papilio with?

Wow!! Do you think he made your buggies nervous, looks like he had a bead of them..! Do they eat poultry? And will you look at the length of that tail, and what is it and how big do they get!

Is this common in Texas Kristi?
He is nice!
I think in this year all my treefrogs escaped out of my greenhouse.
A sweet little mouse dug a hole in the earth and came out in the greenhouse. Right in time the frogs went to domancy.
I hope, they go the right way.

Oh, that is CUTE. I'm curious about the species, too, if you know it.

The green anoles are very common in the Houston area. I have had a few in the house...not all in such fine shape!
