uggh, use of my picture without permission!!!!

Hi Guys,

So I was cruising through e-bay and found one of my pictures used without my permission :( Why would someone think it's okay to use someones picture without permission??

I emailed them and asked them to take it down as well as e-mailing E-bay... The photo is copywritten via Flickr, if you go to save it it asks for you to gather permission...

I know it's besides the point but I bought from them in the past. Their plants had TMV.

Those seeds are non-viable.
They got tan dots.

Sorry Josh, You'd think they could take their own pictures if they have their own pollen, but you have to admit your picture is outdtanding...!
