There is such a thing as a double puniceum....occurs in nature. A fantastic grower in Hong Kong told me he had collected them in the past.....that is spectacular though....what an amazing find :o) Dan

Dan, after you mentioned in your post above that I a fantastic grower in Hong Kong had collected them in the past, I went reading at that particular forum. He mentioned that this was the only double specie that he knew of and this is is favourite double! Produce bulblets like crazy!

I have recently purchased some Roseum bulbs from Ebay and was looking for some pics online and I stumbled upon this post.

Such pretty blooms we have here especially the double Puniceum.
