You have the coolest bulbs!!!

Those little bells are shaped in an absolutely adorable fashion. The plant is on the whole very, very beautiful. I appreciate the big bulb also! And I count at least 12 buds/flowers on the umbel.

Thanks haweha, The nice thing about these is that they are self-fertile so I should hopefully get another 200-300 seed this year if all goes well. It is really about the only plant I really try to propagate this way and the leaves on the baby bulbs are just amazingly tesselated with silver streaks which makes them quite nice from about year 1 on for a few years before it goes away in the adult leaves :o) Dan

What an amazing plant and bulb, Dan, that's fabulous. The tunic looks like it's loose, is that right? I reckon it's a very artistic plant, though a lot of the credit must go to you! I read a description that the leaves are succulent-like???

Clancy, yes the outer most bulb tunic is quite loose, but I wouldn't want to remove it.....does make it more artsy. The leaves are of very heavy substance and could certainly be described as succulent-like....I'd say as heavy as my Cyphostemma, if you happen to have something like that.
