Are they getting sunlight or just light from a lamp? Once it warms a bit, you can put them outside during the day to get good natural light and then bring them in at night. They need enough light to grow leaves that can support themselves.

They are getting light from a lamp, it is still too cold to put them outside yet, so they just need sunlight to grow more leaves?

Good news Kristi, I was looking over the Amaryllis and one has a new leaf! It was hidden by the other taller one, do you think it might be a good idea to add a little more potting soil to the pot? It looks a little lite on the soil.

Of course you want them to grow "more" leaves, but you also want them to grow strong leaves. If the soil is at the bulb's shoulders, that should be fine. The level of soil shouldn't have much impact on the leaves fading. That's more likely an indication of poor light or poor conditions (water, fertilizer, etc).

Hopefully after this week you can put them out and let them green up. At least for a few hours...
