ID Pass Along Variety

I stopped and introduced myself to a lovely retired couple with a yard full of red hippis & asked for seeds, which they were happy to share with me. Anybody got a guess on variety? This couple received these plants as a pass along plant themselves.

They are darker red than the striatum I have, and the flower scapes are taller. But they have a pretty similar shape.

Guesses? Do you think the seeds will produce plants with a similar coloration?

Maybe 'Naughty Lady'?

It looks like a hybrid with H. reginae and maybe striatum or puniceum.

Very Pretty!! It should be interesting to see if they are true when grown from seed..I wouldn't be surprised..;-)

Thanks Josh. I've been googling images for those varieties, and they seem close. Is 'Voodoo' the same as 'Naughty Lady'? I can't tell from my searches, but some sites mention them interchangeably. Be fun to see what these look like when they are big enough to bloom. One of the best parts of getting these noid plants is learning about the various types they might be.
