It has four petals, four stamens and two pronged stigma.
It is interesting. I have never seen it before.
Would the seeds carry the mutation?

is it just that one flower that is deformed, or is it all the flowers on the same bulb? Would be a cool mutation if all the flowers were the same. Maybe opening the door for a new variety of hipp!

Carol, I do think it's just an anomaly..just as conjoined twins are..

Here is my weird flower..but the color was great! And I just noticed for the first time..the stigma has two lobes just like yours..!
