I would say that unless you actually ordered a Komos Marcia from Komoriya that this isn't one. Komos Marcia is a Japanese bulb and this is to my knowledge is the first year these bulbs have been available for sale in the United States so I doubt one of these would just happen to pop up in your garden.;-)
I would say that it is probably a vittatum hybrid of some sort probably an heirloom hippeastrum which do seem to be prevalent n the warmer areas of the U.S. it is very pretty and you are lucky to have it, so enjoy it!!
It is obviously a Heirloom hybrid with H.vittatum Parentage. It is very attractive and if it does regularly produce 4 and more florets per scape, then it is a valuable one. I agree with Donna, you are lucky to have it!
Actually these have been in my grandmothers' yard/gardens for over twenty years. They pretty much pop up everywhere now but blooms seem to be sporadic. I've pulled up and properly potted a fair few, but that one pictured is so far the only one I have seen bloom and it was a "wild one" growing beside her Tangelo tree in a shady area. It just happened to bloom on Easter day.
It only had the two florets that came out but it wasn't a very large bulb either. None of the bulbs I have found are over two inches or so despite theit age. I suspect this to be due to poor soil conditions that I am hoping I can solve by potting in good soil with drainage.
They do seem to have a fragrance similar to a lily.
