Seed Surprise! Roots!

Well it turns out that my Limona seeds must have some life in some of them. As I looked at the 20 I have floating in water today, I saw a root coming out of 1 of them! The rest have nothing, and the water was getting all green with algae,so I changed it and saved the one seed that sprouted, and put in 20 more seeds. So i guess a tiny grain of sand is still a viable seed!

BUT now, how or when do i plant up this seedling that has a root hanging down from it? How long do I wait, till something comes up from the top? Till the root is really long? And then how do i plant it, and others, if I get more?

is it just wait till i get some top growth and them plant it in some soil about top growth level, and just let it grow and see what I get?
