I think must be the constant hot weather (30C) here, resulting in less red in the bloom.

I contend that perhaps your Hercules isn't truly a Hercules... it might just be a mislabel... which are quite common, as we all know! I can't put my finger on a variety name, but it looks like a pink variety that I've seen before... can anyone help ID this one?

I love Dancing Queen! That's another one on my wish list... I hope to get a few new ones this coming fall. The fullness and the coloration are just gorgeous!

Yeah we are indeed neighbours, in fact I am going over there tomorrow for some work related matters.

Bought them in Keukenhof at Euro $10 for a pair (Benfica and Hercules) and $12 for these two (Double Dragon and Dancing Queen). Also bought another 2 noid types at $7.50 each and the bulbs are much smaller than those from the shop in Keukenhof.
