unknown hiipeastrum??? please help id

hi

I got these beautiful hardy (I'm in zone6b/7a) amaryllis/hiipeastrum in spring of 2012. The grower had gotten them from another grower he deals with and that's all the info I can get.

They are very hardy, I planted the plants last spring (2012) - they were outgrowing 4" pots. He oltd me to plant them shallowly with the necks of the 2-3" bulbs just at soil level which I did.

They bloomed profusely last summer and overwintered with no care.. we had one whole week below freezing where our ground froze and 2 nights of lows about 8-9f. I covered with a light mulch of chopped leaves maybe 1-2" deep only because I covered all m garden beds with this as a soil amendment.

Anyhow they are blooming again and multiplying. Just beautiful. No traces of a white center or anything like johnsonii which they are not. Blooms are slightly ruffled and about 5-6" across, 4 to a stem generally.

I have attached a link to a few photos.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Boca Joe
