Amaryllis/Hippeastrum

Can Someone please ID this for us?

Hi, I'm very much a newbie to plants in general but I inherited my husbands plants and I have no idea whether this even is an amaryllis or not. But he has about 7 and we have pods, so we thought we should maybe ID it... he got it at home depot maybe 5 years ago...he's buried pods whole before and got some plants.

They are lovely Clivia!
They are easy to grow from seeds. Perhaps some on the list would be interested in trading Amaryllis for your Clivia seed pods. The Clivia pods only have 2 - 4 seeds per pod. Do you have other colors as well?

Does the pod have turn dark red, if so it is a cliva. You just squeeze the pod and put it into soil and it will grow.
There a re several differnt kinds of Clivas. This looks like a Cliva I have I have ove 300 clivas but I do not know the names. I am into hippeastrums.
