What am I?

I found this little pot of unknown seedlings. I have 3 pots of Sprekelia (mature bulbs), and I'm wondering if this is a surprise batch of seedlings. The pot of mystery bulblets was nestled in between 2 of the pots of Sprekelia. I'm guessing that a Sprekelia bloomed, and I missed it. If a seedpod was formed and then the seeds dropped into the pot, this would be the result. I do have a few empty pots of soil scattered here and there. The seedlings do look like the little grass-like Sprekelia sprouts I have growing under lights in the house.

Does this seem logical?

Thanks!
Kristi
