Did you clean up the bulbs at all?
They look like they could be very poor amaryllis, as I've had a few where, if I peeled off all the dead or rotting layers, this is what was left.

Others will chime in I'm sure, but I think they'd need to bulk up a bit prior to even thinking about blooming. They do tend to surprise me though.

I did not clean it too much, guess it left in the pot too long that all the brown layers are gone with the soil, when I pick it up from the soil, I have this bulb with one thin brown layer only, and I peeled it off and potted it. I did not see any rot though. I am going to put it outside until it is too cold. Any more tips please share, thanks a lot.

Are there any roots?

Yes. They have one or two roots on them. And here is an update, there are new growth. right now our temp is 70ish daytime and 50ish nighttime. How low temperature wise can it handle? Thanks again
