Very nice Kristi! I can't wait for my scapes to start opening up their buds likewise here. My mom is patiently watching and checking her doubles every day. LOL Her First Love has a bud peaking and she is so excited about it.

I had a First Love bulb a year or so ago. It should have been a pretty bloom, but the bulb was affected with something and the bloom was strangely deformed....and the bulb succumbed to whatever it was. Please post a photo when yours blooms.

What a difference a week makes! No one can believe how fast they are growing!

That's going to look amazing!! Do you have different varieties or all one; either way it's going to be stunning! Maybe we should all plant a community pot!

They are all Wedding Dance. I have other pots of 4 different varieties at home. Lots of Ruby Gem, Miracle, and Razzle Dazzle.

Lots of bulbs ready to give as Christmas presents this year.

I think that blooms after just 10 days is pretty amazing. Of course, some were really starting to grow nicely in their bags, so once they hit the soil, they were quite happy to grow!!

I love how you need to put a sign in with the flowers to not water them. I think it's funny how some people think they NEED to HELP by watering. They look beautiful by the way.

More plants drown at my office than Carter has pills! Also, by keeping the soil on the dry side, I don't get blamed for the swarms of fungus gnats that end up in people's coffee...!

The horse on the door (BTW) is a photo I took in Iceland. He is laughing (or so I say) and has appeared around here with a variety of messages. My fav is, "You want it WHEN??"
