At least a few listers are loyal customers. There should be some tracing numbers. With it getting to be freezing weather, I'd be concerned. Can you call them??

A site called plantlust.com lists 928-485-4032.

EB's website says that email is the best way to get in touch with them, but try the phone number. I didn't test it.

Right after I posted I thought to ask my husband if there was a number on the Visa bill for them. There was and I called and left a message. She just called me back and was very nice. She explained the ordering process and how long it may take. I'm just glad they did have Snow White in stock. I've been wanting that FOREVER and was really excited to see it on their website. Hopefully I'll have it in 7-10 days. I'm crossing my fingers for non-freezing weather.
