Question

I've been keeping my amaryllis dry since late September early October. All the leaves shrivelled up and I cut them off. It's been in a dry not cool but not too warm area for the last 3 months. Should I start watering it again? When my bf gave it to me in January it was one of those box ones and for some reason never flowered just grew at least a dozen or more leaves. Is it time to put it in a sunny window and start watering again?

By the way, I just put it in this spot to take a pic, it's been in the basement in the shade of my other plants under grow lights.
