Hippeastrum 'Lima'

Hi Guys,

My "Lima" is blooming, it's a very vigorous plant, I love the leaves with the blooms and the H. papilio influence is striking!

Well I was going to start a new thread just now to show off my blooming Lima, but you beat me too it. Very nice photography Joshy. I used to be big into pictures also, but I hardly have the time to even get a quick snapshot of things anymore. Hope you dont mind that I put them on here.

How beautiful!! My gorgeous Sumatra, new in 2008, bloomed only once and never again since. The bulb is fat and healthy, but no scapes. Here she was in her glory:
