I do this all the time! I bring them back in the house in their pots usually late Sept or later depending on the weather; then they they go down in our furnace room under lights where most of them will lose some leaves but keep a couple. Some of them will lose all their leaves and these I usually put in the garage for about 2 months or until the weather gets too cold. Then I put those back under the lights too and they all bloom when they wish.

Many of my bulbs don't ever want to lose all of their leaves so I don't force dormancy. Others do force dormancy and I actually think that we probably have about the same percentage of reblooms either way it's done. Which ever way suits you, we all have our own ways of doing things.

I have Pink Diamond, Blossom Peacock, Lima, Chico, Cherry Nymph, two of my seedling crosses that bloomed last year, an Apple Blossom, Showmaster and several others that just decided to bloom late Nov. and Dec. All of these are bulbs I've had for 2 to 5 years.

This is just my opinion so do what you wish. Others swear that the plants need a dormancy...I leave it up to the bulbs.
