Fish Compatability

I have a 20 gal. freshwater tank with some platies, neons, and zebras, and a male betta. Would like to add a few more fish and am thinking about a couple of red eye tetras and a couple of red phantom tetras. Does anyone have an opinion. I have heard conflicting information.

Red Eyes and Red Phantom should be fine. They're not fin nippers.
