Blue Crawdad
Not exactly sure what it is called, but that is what I would call it!! I got one last week for 20 bucks. More than I would typically spend, but I knew my daughter would love it. I also bought two gourami's. I rearranged and removed some things while I was "soaking" them. He walked around the tank all of that day, but then hid behind a rock the next 4 days. I kept trying to drop algae pellets around him so the darn thing wouldn't starve. I checked on him yesturday, and I saw part of his tail upside down and empty. Not even a week and he died!! Then I see a fish going into the plant and rock he died under and the fish went shooting right back out. And my crawdad came out with his pischers raised :) I guess he molted!!! I guess that's why he has been sitting around for the past few days. Since then, he still hides in his spot, but I have seen him out and about as well. And eating, thank goodness :) Christy
