oranda's health may be poor

I have two fantail oranda's one red cap and the other brown in colour. They both have white spots on their heads i dont think it is white spot as my other fish a black moore and a Calico fantail that are kept in the same tank do not have them. Are my oranda's ill ? if so is it seriouse as they have had them for some time and what can i use to cure it.

Are they white spots like specks of salt? If so it is ICH. Or is it larger white fuzzy spots, a fungus. Try this link for help with Goldfish. Just look under health or disease.

no i dont think it is white spot as they are only on the hood. ill try and post some pics asap. Sadly the chocolate oranda died during the night please i need a cure i dont want the other to die!
