Fish at bottom of pond

My pond is 4ft deep 800gal has a gravity fed filter that is the wright size for the pond. I have 4 small koi (2inch)

and one bigger one about (7inch). I also have 6 goldfish around (5inch). The pond is only 4 WEEKS! old so this may be the problem. ALL the fish seem to just sit at the bottom and dont eat very much if anything. The water temp is 14 degrees so they should be feeding well if you could help then that would be great. By the way if it is to do with anomia nitrate or ph levels then what do i do to get them to a good level.

That would be Celsius, right? If so, that would be 57.2 degrees, fairly cool. That may be too cool for your fish to be eating.

I would suggest that you go to the Pond Forum here and ask the questions as you might get more help there than here on Aquariums.

My fish eat very little when the water is in the 50's and stop eating when the temperature drops below 50. They are very active when the temps go up. I've never started a new pond during cold weather. Have you checked the water quality? You can buy test kits or you can take a sample of the pond water to an aquarium shop-most of them will test your water for free and them tell you how to amend it if there are problems.
