| I have a Marineland 280 that has a two section intake , one low and the other mid way up. My question is this, should I just make the intake mid way so that if frys are in the tank they don't get sucked up. I say this cuz I notice that some frys tend to hover around the bottom. I have guppies and sword tails in a 35G tank. |

| When I raised fry I used sponges on intakes or air powered sponge filters. |
