Light for Fish

Hi, I keep my pond goldfish indoors for the winter, in a 100 gal. stock tank in the basement. I know they need light during the day-- but wondering what kind of light would be best for fish AND for plants. Would be nice if I could keep some of the plants going over the winter-- hornwort for example & even algae would be nice- to give them something to snack on! I've seen all kinds of grow lights and things-- but not sure what intensity of light is needed.

All they have now is a plain old 100 watt light bulb about 4 feet over the tank-- they seem to do OK with that but I'd like to make it a better environment with plants since they spend about 5 or 6 months down there.
