WANTED: Several plants for a special zoo project

I am wanting to set up some trades for plants for an unusual project. My son works out at the local Zoo in the Herp department . They are putting in a brand new poison dart frog exhibit . They just got the frogs in and knowing that I'm big into gardening, have asked me if I can find them some specific plants for their exhibit. I can offer up trades of plants or books, etc. I know it's a bad time of year weather wise to ship, but I am hoping we'll get over this really bad cold snap in a few weeks. The Herp department has told me that whomever I get plants from they will be sending you a thank you letter. I do have alot to trade, but almost everything is dormant right now. If you're at all interested, just let me know.
Here is some of what they are interested in..
Alocasia Dewey's Reversa
Alocasia guttata bullatta
Alocasia reginula 'Black Velvet'
or any other dwarf Alocasia from central or South America.
Calathea concinna
Central or South American dwarf or small size sized Nepenthes.
Fern - Microsorum sp.
Peperomia angulata
Small sized Rhipsalis from central and South America. |

| Came across this posting and could offer Alocasia 'black velvet' for the exhibit. I was curious about Sedum erythrosticum on your list. I have seem a form called 'frosty morn' and would really be interested in some cuttings if you have it. Otherwise we can figure something out. Let me know. Thanks. |
