Monstera question

I have 2 variegated Monsteras.

One is with white variegations and one with yellow.

The white one is probably Monstera deliciosa var. Borsigiana.

My questions are:

1) Does Monstera deliciosa var. Borsigiana only produce smaller leaves compared to Monstera deliciosa? Mine never grows the giant leaves. It takes a lot more sun than common varieties.

2) I am trying to get a proper ID of my yellow variety.

This plant grows the true giant leaves identical to the common Monstera deliciosa aside form the yellow variegations. But I notice it grows much slower than a common Monstera deliciosa. I never see this plant for sale, so is it pretty rare? I want to cut the growing stem to propagate; is it more difficult than a common Monstera deliciosa to propagate?

Any comments are appreciated, I love these two plants.
