Arisaema tortuosum seedlings

I got some seeds for this plant last summer/fall and I now have four seedlings. They've been looking pretty good for a few weeks now, or at least I hope they're good. I've never grown anything like these before. So I have no idea what to do with them next. I know they'll be going dormant sometime, but about when can I expect that? And what about forcing? I read that they won't flower for three years naturally, but you can use the refrigerator to simulate winter and make them bloom sooner. Does anyone have any tips on how to do that?

I also had some Arisaema speciosum seeds that I planted at the same time, but they haven't germinated yet. Are the seeds just no good or did I mess them up somehow and should just throw them out? Or is it worth it to hold on to them for a bit longer?
