Now what! Can I keep it in the veggie crisper, or just laying out until spring? Or wrap it in newspaper, or put it in peat moss, or what. I believe it is xanthosoma sagittifolia? Pretty good little tubers. They had some HUMONGOUS ones, but they didn't look like they would be "doable", because they had the end cut off, were wrapped in plastic, and didn't have any little roots on them. And they were being kept in the cooler. So, on the floor below them was a cardboard box of smaller tubers, with roots, and they hadn't been cut or damaged in any way, so I picked 3 of the healthier ones. Sound okay?
