I no someone who has an Amorphophallus . He has had the same plant for 50 years. He said this year is the first time that it has every multiplied. He now has seven tubers instead of one. He wants to know why it decided to divide now. My thought was that the original tubular has lost its strength and is probably going to die. Plants have a tendency to reproduce or produce extra seeds when they are dying. Does anyone else have an idea on this? Thanks
