Flowerng Elephant Ear

15 years of experience for myself and over 40 from my mother and neither of us have ever seen this happen. Is this some kind of unique species, did I aggrevate it, or i it just really happy? Please, any answers are great.

No, they flower all the time. All aroids flower. They just have to be happy enough to do so. I guess it just takes longer in Indiana

I also live in KY, and witnessed my EE flowering last year. This year, my EE are not growing very well, though.
