calla green goddess

Has anyone grown out the seeds from calla green goddess? This is my first time growing it and it looks like the first flower is setting seed. Am wondering if it would be worth the bother. I'll probably grow them out anyways, who can resist right? But would love to hear what others may have gotten from theirs.

If they haven't been pollenated by another variety they will come true to type looking like GG with just slight variations in color and pattern. A very small percentage of mine have had all green spathes so that just the spadix is noticeable when flowering.

Thanks Keiko! I believe these are self pollinated, the only other blooming one is the white and it's in the front yard under an alcove and the GG is in the back yard. I do believe I'll give the little buggers life! :-)

That sounds like a safe distance. Growing this type of strain from seed, you can often get a few plants superior to the original clone you started with.
